Previously, Dr. Ozdin served in various research roles across the industry and in academia, including at Learn and Confirm Inc. in Montreal, Canada, from 2015 to 2020. During this period, she also enriched her knowledge through international experiences as a visiting researcher in France. Her foundational experiences include serving as a research assistant at McGill University from 2014 to 2015 and contributing as an ambassador and advisor for the International Student Congress Of (bio)Medical Sciences from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, she supported Canada's Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development as an immigration program assistant, interpreter, and receptionist from 2013 to 2014.

Beginning at Marmara University in Turkey, she earned a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy in 2007, after which she received a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences from Istanbul University in 2011. Following this accomplishment, she went on to obtain a doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences, with a concentration in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, from the University of Montreal in Canada. Dr. Ozdin's commitment to her field is further evidenced by her active membership in industry-related organizations such as the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists and the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Ozdin has engaged with her community through volunteer work at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital's Hope & Cope Program from 2013 to 2014.
