Prior to purchasing PuroClean of Burlington, Mr. Wine operated in the industry, working for some of the best-known restoration disaster companies, serving in the capacity of General Manager and other high-level operations management roles. Prior to his restoration career, Jessie was a successful Licensed Sr. Adjuster for companies that included Allstate, Liberty Mutual/Safeco, Encova, and Grange Insurance. Jessie maintains his Adjuster Licenses and holds current industry-specific designations, including HAAG Certifications for Roof Inspections and Numerous IICRC Certifications for Disaster Restoration Services.
Before embarking on his restoration career, Mr. Wine served in the military as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army NG from 2002 to 2010; Sergeant Wine spent his entire army career as an 11B infantry soldier. Sergeant Wine Honorably served in multiple campaigns with deployments to Iraq and Bosnia. He also served on multiple missions in the states, including on the nation's southern border during the Migrant Crossing Crisis and in Louisiana during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. During his service, he was recognized with an Army Commendation Medal. Mr. Wine studied at Gateway Technical College, earning an Associate of Science degree in civil engineering in 2011.
Outside of his business, Mr. Wine enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. Other hobbies include relaxing on his boat, 4x4 offroading, woodworking, and restoring vehicles. Mr. Wine finds time to serve in his son's Cub Scout Pack as the unit cub Master and Den Leader for the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Wine is a devout Christian and has attended the same church for 18 years in Antioch, IL, Christian Life Fellowship. He is active with local chambers of commerce representing Puroclean of Burlington and enjoys staying active in his community through numerous volunteer opportunities.
