Hansen, Inc., a management analyst for Knight Electronics, and in the executive development program at Johnson & Johnson. Over the years, he has worked in nearly all national research labs, designed and taught professional programs through the Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work, and the Global Remuneration Organization, and spoken on topics related to talent management and business strategy at over 50 international conferences. He was the first recipient of the Keystone Award, bestowed by the American Compensation Association for reaching the highest level of excellence in the field. Similarly, he served in the military as part of the 101st Airborne Division. An expert in his field, Dr. Greene holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas at El Paso and an MBA in human resource management from the University of Chicago. Subsequently, he expanded his professional knowledge by completing a PhD in applied behavioral science from Northwestern University and becoming a global remuneration professional (GRP), certified benefits professional (CBP), certified compensation professional (CCP), senior professional in human resources (SPHR), global professional in human resources (GPHR), senior professional in human resources (SHRM-SCP) and a professional in global human resource management and compensation (CPHRC). He is a member of the Mensa Society and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Professionals (SIOP), a division of the American Psychological Society.
Alongside his work, he also participates in the chapter of the American Legion. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in continually refining his work to develop various certification programs and courses, addressing gender and racial discrimination, and teaching a graduate course on global leadership at DePaul University.
