He was a senior instrumentation engineer from 2015 to 2023 and a senior mechanical design engineer between 2012 and 2015. Mr. Bravo also found success at Henkel as an associate project engineer from 2011 to 2012. His commitment to excellence is evident in his achievement of leading a team to expedite the extraction of engines from the assembly floor in half the projected time by working diligently and putting in extra hours.
Mr. Bravo's success is deeply rooted in his educational pursuits. Born in Peru, he came to the U.S. at age 20. He learned to speak English while pursuing an associate degree in computer and information Sciences from Capital Community College in Connecticut, which he completed in 2008. Subsequently, he received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut in 2012 and a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2020. In addition to his degrees, Mr. Bravo achieved certification as a project management professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2023.
An active member of several industry-related organizations, Mr. Bravo's affiliations include the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and PMI. These memberships underscore his dedication to professional development and his standing among peers as an expert in aerospace engineering, team management, instrumentation, and engines.
