He also found success overseas in professional kitchens in Greece. Looking toward the future, Mr. Karamanos aims to establish a small play and cocktail pairing restaurant so customers can learn how to balance cocktail flavors better. He is also considering opening a Mediterranean and Asian fusion restaurant and making a name for himself by exploring various styles, cuisines, and concepts.

Avid of giving back, Mr. Karamanos frequently donates to a local soup kitchen. He also volunteers at charitable events and a Greek Orthodox church in Toms River, New Jersey.

Mr. Karamanos graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2014 with an associate degree. He is a member of Pan Gregorian and is presently pursuing membership with the Professional Chefs Association of South Jersey.
