Prior to her current role, Ms. Webb served as the Lead Educational Therapist at Steps to Success Educational Therapy in Santa Cruz, California, in 2018. Her tenure at Steps to Success Educational Therapy began in 2010 as an educational therapist, where she honed her skills and developed her passion for helping children overcome learning obstacles. From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Webb also contributed her expertise as an instructor at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California, where she taught computer skills, memory retention, and journaling classes to older adults affected by traumatic brain injuries, stroke and similar conditions. Earlier in her career, she owned and operated Learning with Laura from 2003 to 2010 in Santa Cruz, California, laying the groundwork for her future endeavors in educational therapy.
