Previously, he served as the executive sous chef at Wine & Roses Hotel, Restaurant and Spa, executive chef at the Del Rio Country Club, a sous chef at Frisson, and executive chef at Le Bistro's, beginning in 2005 – over the span of his career, each role contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the culinary arts. While he has achieved a great deal in his life, Mr. Garner is most proud to have reached his current position, and looks forward to the future.
Mr. Garner's academic background includes an Associate of Arts in culinary arts from the California Culinary Academy and a culinary arts certificate from San Joaquin Delta College.
