As such, she devised a method for detecting the component responsible for thermal stability behavior using a combination of high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Ms. Balster also conducted work on the development of methods for polar species.
Ms. Balster's academic background is equally impressive, holding both a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and English and a Master of Arts in English language and literature from the University of Dayton in 1994 and 2010, respectively.
