Mr. Baldwin's journey with Kimberly-Clark began in 1998 as a maintenance technician before progressing through various roles, including utilities coordinator, environmental health, safety, and sustainability leader, and lead electrical engineer. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, he worked at Milliken & Company from 1993 to 1998. His diverse experience in the industry is complemented by his role as a co-owner and instructor at a martial arts school.
Mr. Baldwin's academic background serves as the foundation for his career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas Grantham, graduating Summa Cum Lauda. He later pursued a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Grantham, achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA in that program. He has also obtained over 30 technical and industry certifications throughout his career, including as a Radiation Safety Officer and a Manager of Environmental Safety and Health.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Baldwin has been involved in several civic activities, such as working in collaboration with the City of Hendersonville's Community Development – Planning Division to extend the Oklawaha Greenway. His contributions to environmental sustainability have been recognized with several awards, including the IMPACT Award from Kimberly-Clark in 2024, the OSCAR Award in 2015, and the Innovation Award for organizational accountability from Global Nonwovens in 2014.
Outside his career pursuits, Mr. Baldwin enjoys spending time with his family, running competitively, and training in martial arts, which he has been practicing for over 30 years. Looking ahead, he plans to leverage his extensive experience by transitioning into academia or starting his consulting firm after retiring from Kimberly-Clark. He hopes to share his knowledge with aspiring professionals and guide them toward achieving their career goals.
