He also served with the electoral public relations and advertising department board in 2005-2013 and is a past member of the faculty of communication board (2009-2011). While teaching, Dr. Elfaki supervised several master's degree research papers, providing mentorship to ensure student success. He was also an examiner of more than 11 research papers, delivering constructive feedback to students when necessary. He focused much of his work on communication, public relations planning, communication theory, organizational communication, advertising campaigns, electronic press, public opinion studies, and media translation.
To prepare for his career, Dr. Elfaki pursued a formal education, culminating in his receipt of a Doctor of Philosophy in communication in 2007, focusing his work on advanced communication theory and contributing significantly to his field. Previously, he earned a master's degree in communication in 2000 and a bachelor's degree in communication and public relations in 1996. Outside of his primary vocational interest, Dr. Elfaki is director of the Center of Media Studies and Globalization Issues, and a member of the Sudan Journalist Union.
In addition to his work with "The Neurolinguistic Programming in the Holy Quran," Dr. Elfaki has authored numerous comprehensive research papers in international journals and magazines, including the 2024 article "Addressing the Phenomenon of Terrorism in Islam" in Authorial Magazine. Previously, he wrote such works as "The Public Relations Strategy to Achieve Health Awareness for Children with Cancer" in 2012, "The Role of Personal Communication in Achieving the Material's Happiness" in 2010, and "The Effectiveness of Self-Communication to Develop Personal Capabilities" in 2009, among many other texts.
