After attaining a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing, Dr. Druse attained a Doctor of Philosophy in nursing.

Driven by a singular commitment to fostering excellence in patient care, Frank C. Druse III, PhD, owns Druse Consulting, which works in collaboration with the Quality Training Solutions Corporation. In this capacity, he leverages the skills he has accrued in hospital risk management, emergency nursing and case investigation toward ensuring that the best practices in the field increase in communities and global regions in the greatest need of support, offering various courses in board certification review, pediatric nursing, medical-surgical nursing and emergency nursing to help the profession thrive.
Outside of his consulting expertise, Dr. Druse's experience in the field has encompassed roles in academia at Pace University, Utica University, Syracuse University's Falk College, and Uniformed Services University, where he acted as a research interest group coordinator, assisting the facilitation of military nursing research across all three branches of the government and the Defense Health Agency.
Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Dr. Druse avidly supports equitable access to health care for underprivileged groups. To this end, he serves as the Patient, Family and Community Advisory Council chairperson for the Mohawk Valley Health System. He is also a member of the Angels Circle for Broadway Care/Equity Fights AIDs and serves on the planning committee for Broadway Backwards, a yearly LGBTQ+ theater event. In the latter position, Dr. Druse hopes to aid the organization in attaining its goal of making $1 million in revenue during its annual single-night performance.
Dr. Druse attributes much of his success to the support of his mentors, who proved integral to his burgeoning sense of perseverance, determination and grit. Motivated to serve as a mentor in his own right, he looks forward to working toward global equity in health care. He aims to secure a full-time faculty role at a university, either in the United States or abroad, while advancing the role of registered nurse.

Dr. Druse's dissertation research led him to earn a distinguished accolade at the Nursing Research Congress of Sigma Theta Tau. Moreover, his work with the New York City Health + Hospitals as an associate director of nursing yielded him a spotlight profile by the Human Rights Campaign on Twitter in 2020.
