During the early stages of his career, Mr. Barrett gained valuable expertise in project and portfolio management as the vice president of American Properties Team Inc.. He is an expert in his field, a professional community associate manager, a licensed hoisting engineer, an association management specialist, a certified property manager, and an accredited real estate manager. Likewise, Mr. Barrett received an unrestricted construction license and became a licensed oil burner technician through the State of Massachusetts.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Barrett aligns himself with the Community Associations Institute, where he currently serves as Treasurer and The Institute of Real Estate Management, through which he served as a Past President and Regional Vice President and is presently Chairman of the National Legislative Committee.
Given his professional achievements, Mr. Barrett has been recognized several times.
