His earlier roles include Director of Enterprise Business Systems and Director of Customer Relationship Management at NantHealth Inc., Senior Consultant positions at Accenture and Acumen Solutions, and Business Analyst roles at Art Technology Group and Analog Devices. Throughout his career, Mr. Apura has been recognized for his expertise in connecting with customers and leading teams to success.
Mr. Apura's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems received from Bentley University in 2001. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the same institution in 2008. Additionally, Mr. Apura has earned several certifications that have contributed to his expertise, including Leading with Customer Obsession from Forrester and a certification in Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times from The George Washington University School of Business.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Apura is actively involved in civic activities. He actively volunteers with Meals on Wheels America and Habitat for Humanity International. Mr. Apura has also contributed to Letters Against Depression, Cradles to Crayons, and the education nonprofit City Year. His commitment to community service is further demonstrated through his volunteer work as a Salesforce consultant for Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center.
