Mr. Basile is a project manager and home inspector with more than 30 years of expertise in the construction and specialty contracting fields. He studied at the New York City District Council of Carpenters Tech College, earning a certificate in carpentry and construction management in 1990. He continued his education at New York University in the late 2000s, completing coursework in mechanics and repair in 2007 and in construction field management in 2009. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Basile holds numerous industry credentials, including a Certified Professional Inspector endorsement, Procore Project Management certification, numerous occupational safety certificates, and a Lead Renovators Certificate RRP.

Between 1993 and 1998, he served as an assistant benefits manager for the New York District Council of Carpenters Benefit Funds, departing to accept a position with Caldwell & Walsh Building Construction Inc. Mr. Basile spend the next 23 years with Caldwell & Walsh Building Construction Inc., beginning as a shop steward and rising to become a site supervisor before transitioning into administrative leadership roles. He retired from the company in 2021 as a project manager.
Since 2020, Mr. Basile has been a home inspector with Provato Home Inspections, Inc., where he brings decades of experiential insight to his work. After reaching retirement age, Mr. Basile instead transitioned into home inspection as a way to continue sharing his skills with others and help homeowners and construction industry professionals. He is a member of the InterNACHI Home Inspectors School, and hopes to mentor others while remaining active in his specialty for years to come. In his personal time, Mr. Basile is active in his faith community as a deacon and men's ministry leader for the Ridgeway Alliance Church and White Plains Church, and he has been presented with an award for his contributions teaching adult education and GED preparation classes.
