Personally, his most meaningful achievement was serving local communities as an ordained minister of the Gospel. Mr. Roes held tenure at The Church at Northside, the Chick-fil-A WinShape Foundation, Bryan College, and Calvary Christian Fellowship, serving in both pastoral and executive leadership capacities. Earlier roles in the for-profit business sector include eight years in sales and marketing at the Kraft Heinz Company and nine years at Roes Rigging, a division of Bernard A. Roes & Son Inc.
Mr. Roes' educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in music and Bible (theology) from Bryan College, where he was later hailed as the Alumni of the Year. His company has received several awards, including being inducted into the International Motor Coach Group comprised of the top two-percent of motorcoach companies in North America, three time recipient of the Bull Dog 100 from the University of Georgia's Terry School of Business, and ranked as the number one consumer reviewed motorcoach company in the United States. Mr. Roes attributes much of this success to his parents mentoring, hard work, collaboration with leaders more gifted than himself and ultimate reliance on his faith.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Roes enjoys spending time with his family and singing as a hobby. Professionally, he is most proud of starting Eagle Christian Tours in his driveway and, along with his family, building it into one of the most recognizable brands in the transportation industry.
