Ms. Hollingsworth has dedicated over four decades to her profession, primarily focusing on project management within the Department of Health & Human Services. Since 2023, she has served as a project manager, overseeing significant operational improvements and facility upgrades for Region Three's offices in Philadelphia. Ms. Hollingsworth's responsibilities have included coordinating extensive building renovations, such as repainting and recarpeting, managing furniture relocation, ensuring employee union needs are met, and leading the redesign of the agency's website. Ms. Hollingsworth's expertise in organizing and planning has been pivotal to her success in these endeavors.

Before her current role, Ms. Hollingsworth was a Secretary and Grants Management Specialist with the National Cancer Institute from 1987 to 2000. This position allowed her to gain valuable experience in managing projects within a highly specialized and critical area of public health. Before joining the National Cancer Institute, she contributed her skills to the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism between 1983 and 1997. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hollingsworth held a part-time position with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Each role throughout her career has built upon her professional expertise and ability to adapt and excel across various facets of health and human services.

Ms. Hollingsworth's academic background includes completing college coursework and earning a high school diploma. Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply involved in civic activities. Ms. Hollingsworth serves as a historian for the National Capital Baptist Convention of Washington, D.C. She also volunteers at her church in the roles of Deacon, and Ministry Leader for the Bylaws, Newsletter, and Wedding Ministries, and serves as Secretary for the Christian Education and Recreation Ministries. These roles highlight her commitment to serving her community and utilizing her organizational skills to benefit others.

Ms. Hollingsworth plans to retire soon with aspirations to start an organization dedicated to assisting seniors without family support. Her goal is to help with transportation and medical appointments to improve their quality of life.
