Ms. Darden then served as Chief Marketing Officer for KoalaDeal from 2011 to 2012 before moving into digital product management roles at Orbitz Worldwide, Expedia Inc., Eventbrite, Thrive Market, and Dia&Co, progressively honing her expertise in customer-facing and mobile products that focus on user experience.
Ms. Darden is most proud of her achievements, which have significantly impacted revenue growth, cost savings, customer retention, and guest & user satisfaction. Notably, one of her apps was named Best Consumer App for two consecutive years. Under her leadership at Hilton, their app ranks #11 among hospitality apps, maintaining its position even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as a testament to her innovative strategies, management abilities, and dedication to excellence with limited resources.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Darden is committed to giving back to the community through mentorship and volunteer work. Since 2019, she has been a youth mentor with Walk With Sally and volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana from 2015 to 2016. In her personal life, Ms. Darden enjoys combining her love for cooking with philanthropy by running an on-demand home cooking business called DnDelish, where she offers prepared meals in the greater Los Angeles area.
