In his current role as a senior product engineer with adhesive, sealing and coating manufacturer Master Bond, Mr. Ramnath is responsible for leading new product development activities from concept development to product launch. In addition, he oversees a team of technical support specialists; presents cost benefit and depreciation analyses to senior management; leads pricing and investment strategies for new products; and collaborates efforts with the marketing team. Mr. Ramnath started his career with Master Bond in 2012.

During this time, he also co-authored a paper in the journal Review of Scientific Instruments titled, "Breakthrough instruments and products: Biocompatible epoxies for medical device manufacturing."
Mr. Ramnath earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical technology in Mumbai, India, in 2010, and a Master of Science in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh in 2011.
In addition to his engineering work, Mr. Ramnath has also made forays into the business world. He earned certification from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2021 and earned a certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute in 2022. He is currently a member of the CFA Society in New York.
Mr. Ramnath attributes his success to staying humble. He credits his grandparents with playing a pivotal role in his upbringing. His paternal grandparents cared for him throughout his early years, even up until middle school.
