During an earlier career stage, Ms. Grullon was affiliated with Serco as a project manager and software lead between 2005 and 2019. Active civically, she has garnered added credibility as a professional member of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (SHCCNJ). Ms. Grullon also donates to a local city college to support student scholarships and conferences and supports a local nonprofit organization dedicated to serving immigrants.
Possessing a rich educational background, Ms. Grullon received a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the City College of New York in 2005 and a master's degree in management information systems from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2015.
As part of her ongoing professional efforts, Ms. Grullon is a Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers member. In light of her success, she received Second Place in the HETP and LETS Pitch Competition in 2023, an annual event hosted by the SHCCNJ to showcase and support the entrepreneurial talents of Hispanic business owners in New Jersey.
