Throughout her career, Ms. Holden has implemented strategic enhancements at the Fisher Center that bolstered staff capacity and streamlined services. Under her leadership, the foundation not only preserved its prestigious four-star rating but also surpassed its fundraising objectives and extended its collaborative efforts with The Rockefeller University, New York University Grossman School of Medicine, and other esteemed institutions.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Holden obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts in fashion design from American College for the Applied Arts in 1994. She later earned a Master of Arts in film and video from American University in Washington, D.C., graduating with honors in 2003. Her commitment to continuous learning is further demonstrated by her certification as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) since 2016.
