Mr. Vosler's military career saw many remarkable achievements, including directing strategic communications at U.S. Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base from 2003 to 2007 and leading the 555th combat engineer group of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 2001 to 2003. Notably, his leadership during Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he oversaw a combat engineering brigade of 3,600 engineers, was pivotal in restoring and safeguarding vital water treatment plants for the Iraqi people.
