Mr. Kondoju's career journey includes a stint as a full stack software engineer at Wayfair from 2016 to 2017, where he honed his technical skills and contributed to significant projects. Prior to that, he served as a teaching assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas from 2015 to 2016, further solidifying his foundation in computer science education and research. He worked as a software engineer II at Teradata Aster from 2012 to 2014 and as a senior subject matter expert at Amdocs Development Centre India Private Ltd. from 2008 to 2012.
Mr. Kondoju's expertise in software engineering and leadership is recognized by his peers and industry leaders alike. He is an active member of ACM Inc., where he engages with other professionals to stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to the field's body of knowledge.
In addition to earning a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad in 2008, Mr. Kondoju obtained a Master of Science in computer science from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2016. He attributes his success to being surrounded by kind and talented individuals who consistently push boundaries and motivate him daily. His transition from working in India to pursuing his dream in Silicon Valley was propelled by his desire to innovate within U.S. companies.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Kondoju is deeply involved in mentoring through Plato, where he has shared his expertise and guidance with emerging professionals in the field since 2021. He has also enjoyed serving as a judge for the Globee Awards. His commitment to excellence has been recognized through several awards, including Exceptional Impact Awards from Credit Karma between 2019 and 2022, Night of the Day from Teradata Aster in 2014, and the Pratibha Award from the Government of India.
In his personal life, Mr. Kondoju enjoys spending time with his wife as well as mentoring, advising startups, exploring advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), and promoting STEM education among students.
