She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University, a master's degree in education from Pensacola Christian College, and a second master's degree in education from Regent University.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Clare's dedication to community service is evident through her volunteer work at her church, donations to the Unstoppable Foundation, and involvement in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., where she engages in charitable work.
