Mrs. Moser came from a background in construction. She was involved in office management, administrative work, and customer service for over a decade, initially with Elias Brothers Group from 2003 to 2012 and subsequently with Link Construction Inc. between 2013 and 2016. Transitioning into real estate, she sought more control over her schedule and finances, immersing herself in her new role.
Heavily invested in her community, Mrs. Moser has been active with a local homeless organization, the CityGate Ministry, since 2013. She recently (2024) became an advocate for the local Valeries House, which is an advocate program for children who have lost a parent. Looking toward future aspirations, she aims to secure a building and establish a nonprofit that would provide rehabilitation and job readiness training services to individuals who have suffered from mental, physical, or emotional abuse. Specifically, Mrs. Moser envisions helping abused women regain their confidence, reintegrate into the workforce, and create a nurturing environment to raise their children.
Mrs. Moser garnered an associate degree from a local community college in 1983. She also received several industry-related accreditations, including as an ABR Accredited Buyer's Representative, Veteran's Administration Certified Real Estate Professional, SRES -Senior Real Estate Specialist, Foreclosure Certified and Certified Short Sales Expert.
Remaining active in her professional community, Mrs. Moser is a member of the International Women's Leadership Association and the National Association of Professional Women.
In light of her accomplishments, Mrs. Moser was named as the Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women and among the Top 50 Women in Lee County. She was also an honorary delegate of the International Women's Leadership Association and has received multiple recognitions including; Pinnacle Quality Service Producer 6 years in a row, Master Emerald Producer 2023, Master Ruby Producer 2021-2022, among many other award and is a multimillion dollar producer year over year.
