Over the years, Mr. Boyer gained valuable expertise in upstream and downstream operations, pipeline and terminal management, and more with Chesapeake Energy. In 2018, he transferred his skillset to PennEnergy Resources as a Production Manager, Director of Production Operations, Vice President of E&P Operations, Senior Vice President of Production and Operations, and Vice President of HES and Regulatory Compliance. Drawing on years of expertise, he excels as the company's Senior Vice President of Production Operations. In this capacity, Mr. Boyer oversees the Production group, which liaises with midstream companies and Marketing to ensure flow assurance and adaptive flow. In addition to overseeing the Facilities and Technical Services Departments, he also collaborates with various internal departments, including Drilling, Completions, Field Operations, Land, Air Compliance, Safety, etc.,
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Boyer aligns himself with the Marcellus Shale Coalition. In conjunction with his work, he contributes to his community as a volunteer with a local private school and as a donor to various local charities. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in helping others advance in the industry.
