Among her duties in this role, she led various programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Previously, Ms. Martin found success as the regional human resources manager for the Americas at Pattonair, where she helped align human resources practices with business objectives across multiple locations. Her career also includes valuable experiences as an HR generalist at Easton-Bell Sports and as an HR compliance analyst at Textron Bell Helicopter. Ms. Martin began her illustrious career as a compliance and immigration specialist at Cessna Aircraft Company and as an HR generalist at Mesa Airlines Inc.
Though she initially aspired to become a doctor, Ms. Martin found herself drawn to the human resources field due to its ample opportunities to help and support people. She subsequently attended Friends University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Following this accomplishment, she received a Master of Science in industrial and organizational psychology from Capella University. Her commitment to professional development has been further demonstrated by her certifications in human research requirements from the CITI Program and advanced leadership via the National Society of Leadership and Success. She also holds a strength coach certification via Gallup and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Textron.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Martin is deeply committed to her community through her involvement with Voices For Children CASA as an advocate for children, serving as a host parent with SHARE!, and participating with her local chapter of Rotary International. In her personal life, she is passionate about traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and meeting new people.
