Before establishing AJPG Group LLC, Mr. Baptiste acquired his leadership and operational skills working for large industrial companies like Caterpillar, GE and Stork, formerly A Division of Fluor. He received his LSS certification while at GE and applied these principles throughout his career. Mr. Baptiste made significant contributions to GE Energy (now GE Vernova), where he served in various capacities between 2002 and 2017. In 2008, in recognition of his professional success, GE honored Mr. Baptiste with the ICON Award for Operations, which recognizes his outstanding achievements and leadership.
In 1984, Mr. Baptiste earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of West Indies, St. Augustine campus, Trinidad, the country of his birth.
Aside from his work-related ventures, Mr. Baptiste's commitment to community service and personal development has been underscored through his volunteerism with the Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia. He also coached U12 soccer in Lafayette, Indiana.
