As the Delaware Valley reporter with Courthouse News Service, for the past 14 years, she covers 22 counties surrounding Philadelphia, notably contributing live coverage from high profile criminal cases of Bill Cosby and Kathleen Kane. She is also a columnist and contributing writer for The Cape Current of the Cape Gazette. Over the years, she has contributed to various digital and print media outlets, as well as freelanced for Phoenix Security Systems, through which she is a public relations and web content writer. Due to her vast knowledge, Mrs. Morelli parlays her English and writing expertise as an adjunct English professor at Neumann University and Delaware County Community College. She was also a professor for Thom Stecher and Associates where she created the curriculum and taught for her own Graduate Course: EDU 526 - Writing to Inspire Creative Work, Engage Students, and Foster the Importance of Awareness.

During the early stages of her career, Mrs. Morelli gained valuable expertise as a newspaper correspondent for The Delaware News Journal, The Delaware County News Network, and The Delaware County Daily Times. She was a graduate assistant in athletic communications at Saint Joseph's University (SJU), the Editor of "The Avenue" a literary magazine at SJU and as a panelist for The Great Love Debate in Philadelphia. Likewise, she has honed her writing knowledge being published in Delaware Today Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, PhialdelphiaExaminer.com, and National Public Radio (NPR).

An expert in her field, Mrs. Morelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and sociology from Cabrini University and a Master of Arts in writing studies from Saint Joseph's University. She created her own blog in 2009 and was the first student to matriculate from the SJU graduate program using "new media" as thesis. Subsequently, she studied at The Washington Center, the American University of Rome, Padua Academy, and Widener University's School of Law. In conjunction with her work, she contributes to her community via workshops and speaking engagements at E.T. Richardson Middle School, and the mentoring program at the Police Athletic League. In light of her professional achievements, Mrs. Morelli earned grants from Neumann University Consortium for Higher Education (SEPCHE) "Building Faculty Capacity for 21st Century Teaching," served as a speaker and presenter at The Ivy Young Willis Lecture and was an Honoree at the Cosmos Club, Washington DC, "First Lady of the Press."

While her career has been filled with highlights, Mrs. Morelli takes the most pride in consistently publishing for the last 15 years, becoming a mother of two; her daughter Evelyn, and son Nikolai, all while expanding her skills in real estate, earning her license in 2023. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, she credits her success to her love of writing, passion for her craft and her original editor; her mother, Karen. Looking to the future, Mrs. Morelli intends to streamline her property management company, The Media Property Group, that she runs with her husband Eric, continue writing for various publications, pursue her passion for freelance writing, and continue helping other women see their own potential.
