Moreover, his commitment to fostering international business relations was evident during his tenure as board director and secretary of the Washington Chapter of the French American Chamber of Commerce from 2011 to 2019. Dr. Orsini furthered his education by completing a Master of Business Administration in investment finance at The Wharton School in 1972, followed by a PhD in corporate policy and management science in 1984.
