Additionally, Dr. Toperich is a nonresident fellow at the Soran University Research Center in Iraqi Kurdistan and the chairman of the supervisory board at the Mediterranean Development Initiative (MDI) in Tunis, Tunisia.

Dr. Toperich's academic background includes a PhD in music performance from the Music Academy in Lovran, Croatia, completed between 1997 and 1999. He also holds a master's degree in music from the Jerusalem Rubin Academy of Music and Dance and completed postdoctoral studies at the Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics at Stanford University. Well-regarded for his scholarly prowess in both music and international diplomacy, Dr. Toperich is the editor of nine books.
