His tenure at Kroll began in 2012 and his work has been pivotal in the company's development of its cyber risk business. Under his leadership, the practice has grown from 17 personnel in the United States to over 600 practitioners across 18 countries. Mr. Demonte also sits on the NetDiligence Advisory Board.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Demonte held several positions at Kroll, including North American Digital Forensic and Incident Response leader. Before joining Kroll, he honed his skills with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a senior digital forensic examiner and in various roles from 1991 to 2012, including assistant director at the New Jersey Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory, digital forensic examiner, and information technology specialist.
Mr. Demonte's academic background laid a solid foundation for his career achievements. He earned a Bachelor of Science in information systems management from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in information systems management from Holy Family University. His education has been instrumental in his ability to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives and manage teams effectively.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Demonte is actively involved with civic-minded organizations, such as Bike Works p/b Fred Beans Cycling Team where he serves on the advisory board.
