In 2021, he was the Vice President of Business Development at Legacy Land Consultants, where he played a significant role in expanding the company's client base and service offerings. His tenure at Drawbridge Recruiting & Staffing from 2020 to 2021 as a Sales Manager and Outside Sales Representative saw him implement effective sales strategies and enhance client relationships. Among other noteworthy roles, Mr. McDaniel found success as the Regional Land Manager for Whiting Oil and Gas Corporation between 2008 and 2019, where he notably led a project that resulted in the leasing of over 200,000 acres of highly productive land, which was later developed into a profitable oil and gas field. He has been in the industry since 1983.
Mr. McDaniel's professional affiliations reflect his commitment to staying connected with industry trends and contributing to the broader community. He is an active member of several organizations, including the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Denver Association of Professional Landmen, the International Petroleum Association of America, the National Physique Committee, and the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law.
Mr. McDaniel's foundation in computer science was laid at Red Rocks Community College, where he earned an Associate of Science in 1983. Additionally, his designation as a Registered Professional Landman (RPL) by the American Association of Professional Landmen underscores his recognized expertise and adherence to high professional standards.
Beyond his professional life, Mr. McDaniel is deeply committed to giving back to his community through various civic engagements. He has served as a donor to the Children's Hospital and has volunteered with COMPA Food Ministries and the Denver Rescue Mission. Moreover, he took on the role of Chairman of the John L.
