Her leadership roles within industry-related organizations include Vice President of the International Association of Document Examiners (IADE) from 2017 to 2021 and President of IADE since 2021 to present. Also she has held positions as librarian within the Scientific Association of Forensic Examiners (SAFE), Diplomate, librarian and CE Chair within International Association of Document Examiners (IADE) from 2017 to present. Ms. Carlson's personal life is as rich and fulfilling as her professional one. A mother of four, she finds joy in outdoor activities such as hunting, camping, fishing, and going to the beach. Looking ahead, she plans to shift her focus toward teaching after concluding her term as president of IADE.
