Earlier roles included first vice president of product management from 2015 to 2019, assistant vice president and supervision manager from 2012 to 2015, and an officer in compliance advertising review from 2011 to 2012. Noteworthy achievements during her time at Wells Fargo Advisors include managing communications and marketing for a $1.3 trillion portfolio as a product manager.
Ms. Kwawer's diverse professional background also includes roles at Edward Jones, where she served as a field supervision director and branch manager from 2006 to 2011. As an E-4 and E4 Specialist, she worked for the Adjutant General with the 13th Corp Support Command to complete congressional inquiries, military awards, medical review boards and achieved designations as a certified Humvee driver and an Honor Graduate of the Armed Forces Postal Academy.
Establishing a firm foundation for her career, Ms. Kwawer attained a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, followed by a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2020. Additionally, she is licensed to practice law by the Missouri State Bar and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
