Prior to her current role at Kenvue, Ms. Galipeau spent over a decade at Johnson & Johnson, demonstrating her growth and expertise in finance within the health care sector. She held various positions of increasing responsibility leading financial strategies across multiple departments including R&D, Business Development, Commercial, and FP&A.
One of Ms. Galipeau's proudest professional achievements occurred while working in Johnson & Johnson's business development group. She led a multi-faceted process to enable the successful execution of a partnership with Legend Biotech for a novel CAR-T therapy to transform patient care.
Ms. Galipeau is highly educated, earning a Bachelor of Science in finance in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration in 2015 from Rutgers University. Additionally, she received a designation as a certified management accountant, which further attests to her expertise in financial management.
Outside of her primary professional endeavors, Ms. Galipeau is actively involved in mentoring through the TeamUP mentoring program at Rutgers University. Each semester, she partners with a student on campus to provide coaching on everything from interview tips to resume creation, focusing mainly on women in business.
She credits much of her success thus far to her upbringing as an immigrant to the U.S., significantly shaping her values and work ethic.
