Before joining MATRIX Resources, Mr. Rontal was the managing director at Aquent from 2018 to 2020 and served as the director of strategic accounts at Medix™ for a year. His career also includes a brief stint as a client executive at Gartner in 2017 and a decade-long tenure as a senior account executive at DISYS (Digital Intelligence Systems). His early career was marked by roles at Comsys and Hitachi Medical Systems America and his illustrious career began as a recruiter at Maxim Group (Division of Allegis Group). After his first year of engaging with people and learning from others, he received his first career promotion to an account executive and demonstrated his eventual exceptional sales abilities and spent almost three and a half years with TEKsystems after the merger of the two divisions occurred.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rontal has been recognized for his outstanding sales achievements, including being ranked number one in the nation out of 900 representatives for 22 consecutive months at a staffing company that has since become the largest in the country. He was the first in the company's history to achieve $1 million annually in gross profit, a first in that company at that time. He has continued to win sales and leadership awards throughout his career. Mr. Rontal is also proud of his membership in the honorable society of Sigma Chi, which has contributed to his professional network and personal growth.
Mr. Rontal attributes part of his success to his bachelor's degree in accounting from Bradley University. His education laid the foundation for his analytical skills and organizational abilities, which have been crucial in his career. Attending Bradley also led him to numerous people who helped shape him as a true business professional. Thus, his commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement has enabled him to excel in the competitive staffing industry.
