Mr. Shell's academic background includes completing coursework at St. Petersburg College in 1994, which laid the groundwork for his professional achievements. His pursuit of continuous learning led him to obtain several certifications that have been instrumental in his career progression. These include a building contractor's license from Cam Tech School of Construction, an air conditioning contractor's license and a plumbing license.
Mr. Shell was one of the youngest plumbers ever to be licensed in Florida, an accomplishment he is very proud of. In 2023 his company also received a public award designating the best plumbing contractor in the state and was featured on "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" in 2006. His excellence in the field has been recognized through many other awards, including Best Plumbing Contractor and Best of the Bay: Plumbing Contractors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shell has been an active member of several industry-related organizations, which have played a crucial role in his professional development and networking. He is currently a member of the National Federation of Independent Businesses, The Florida Association of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors and the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Shell is committed to giving back to the community through public speaking at various insurance companies, sharing his knowledge and experiences to benefit others. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, traveling and fishing.
