Mr. Al-Hadid has over five decades of experience to his credit, specializing in human capital development and resource distribution. As the president of Technical Resolution LLC (TRLLC) since 2014, he has used his extensive ability in cost and budget analysis, technical performance, scheduling, and administration to lead the company. TRLLC is a veteran-owned small business that has been certified by NCDOT as an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Minority Business Enterprise (ACDBE/DBE). The company is also certified for providing Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services; Process, Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting Services; and Other Management Services. He replies upon his prior contractual experiences in the areas of facility support services, human capital training, strategic planning, program and project development, administration, and research.

Mr. Al-Hadid has provided services as a prime and subcontractor on federal and state government projects and has excellent working knowledge and experiences with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). He has considerable management and operational experience and interfaces well with senior, technical, and operational personnel nationally and internationally.

Mr. Al-Hadid served as president of Technical Resolution Corp. from 2008 to 2013, with major responsibilities for developing grants, contract proposals, planning, organizing, directing, reporting, and assisting communities in accessing grants and contracts with public and private entities. In this role, he has excelled in providing research, analysis, and strategic planning for small businesses and community-based organizations (CBOs) to access contractual and grant opportunities.

Mr. Al-Hadid served as president of Fresh Flavor Meals, Inc., and Pyramid Food Services Inc. from 1980 to 1985, through which he researched Natick Laboratory - Defense Personnel Supply Center (DPSC) requirements of the Meals-Ready-to-Eat (MRE) program as a replacement for C-Rations. He led the development of the business plan, hired a food scientist, plant production manager, engineer, community residents and negotiated with a food manufacturing company and leased space to set up a test kitchen. The team successfully converted Natick Lab recipes into commercial MRE pouches that were evaluated in NASA flight. These production records were used for drafting the contractual requirements of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The team developed the technical and financial proposal for building the food production facility that was approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and funded by the Department of Commerce (DOC) loan for $1.0 million. The Project created one hundred jobs, provided training and employment for 90% of related jobs, i.e., food science, testing, and production filled by welfare recipients, ex-inmates, and ex-military personnel. The company served as MRE subcontractor supplier and produced estimated sales of $15.0 - $20.0 million.

The company successfully negotiated a Joint Venture (JV) with Universal Services Inc. and worked on the Alaska (ALESKA) Pipeline. It competitively bided and was selected as the prime contractor for converting the Army Ammunition Facilities into the Navy's Trident Base – St. Mary Georgia. As an example, he received the Washington State Governor's Emergency Grant in 1968 to set up a community-based employment office for returning Vietnam Veterans and community members. The collective community took ownership, and 300-400 jobs placements were achieved annually for five years. The project further served to create other programs, i.e., minority contractors' association, youth drug education and pre-release programs.

Woodson High School in 1998 and 1999.

Earlier academic pursuits include studies in business administration at the University of Puget Sound from 1968 to 1970 and psychology at Olympic Junior College from 1961 to 1963. He held several FEMA Emergency Management Institute certificates, training, and licenses certificates such as IS-00022 Guide to Citizen Preparedness and IS-00100.

Mr. Al-Hadid attributes his success to his mentors, presented opportunities, and co-workers who have taught him how to take on the responsibility of being a leader. "These are those of which I am most proud and collectively share the successes we have gained in advancing our holistic approach to human capital development," Mr. Al-Hadid remarked. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling, reading, researching, and listening to jazz music.
