From 2005 to 2008, he served as the global process leader at Johnson and Johnson. Subsequently, he became the CTO (executive director of IT) at an affiliate of New York Times Inc., holding this position until 2010.
In 2010, Mr. Reddy joined IBM as an associate partner and later took on roles such as deployment lead, program lead, and delivery partner at McCain until 2014. He also served as the ORC program partner at Pfizer in 2014 and lead SAP/EA partner at Walmart from 2014 to 2015. In addition to his current role at VisionSoft Inc., he founded Haneya Inc. in 2024 and continues to serve as its chief executive officer.
Mr. Reddy's academic achievements have significantly contributed to his professional success. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Andhra University, where he graduated as a gold medalist in 1991. He then earned a master's degree in supply chain management and industrial marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai in 1993 and another master's degree in management from Harvard University in 2014. He is proud of the educational path he was able to take, which began at Jawahar Bharathi Degree College in Kavali.
Mr. Reddy's memberships include prestigious organizations such as Harvard Alumni, the CIO Council, SAP, APICS, PMI, GCI&GS1, CEO Club India, and Cambridge Who's Who, among others.
