Mr. Rosa then transitioned to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he continued to refine his administrative skills. These early career achievements laid the groundwork for his expertise in managing complex healthcare systems and improving patient experiences.
In 2007, Mr. Rosa shifted his focus towards healthcare technology and joined athenahealth, a provider of network-enabled services for healthcare systems. Starting as a project manager, he quickly ascended through the ranks due to his exceptional leadership and innovative approach to customer success. In less than a decade, he advanced through the ranks at athenahealth to the leadership position of vice president of emerging services, customer success, and new service development. This rapid advancement within the company indicated Mr. Rosa's exceptional dedication and deep knowledge of the healthcare technology field.
Mr. Rosa's career took another progressive step when he joined Access Healthcare Services as senior vice president and general manager of client services in 2019. In this capacity, he continued to leverage his extensive experience to enhance client service.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Rosa is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. He founded the Rosa Family Foundation in 2018, a grantmaking organization focused on supporting educational and health initiatives. His leadership and dedication to making a difference were evident during his tenure as board president and member of the Dreamfar High School Marathon from 2012 to 2016.
