Kenneth A. Roseth, MBA, is a seasoned professional providing strategic business consulting for the planning and execution of construction, facilities, technology and operations projects.
Through each stage of his career, he has leveraged his vast and varied experiences to provide substantial benefit to his employers.
The foundation for his extensive knowledge began in 1976. At the time, he was attending North Dakota State University (NDSU), pursuing a degree in Construction Management while working as a carpenter.
In 1981, upon graduation, he joined the reputable national general contractor, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. With this firm, he led projects across the country, spanning from Texas to Washington D.C. and beyond.

This was a dynamic, intense environment in which Ken excelled.
While in Cleveland, Ken began to pursue his Masters degree at Cleveland State University in Business He later transferred his credits to the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND and received his master's in business administration (MBA) in 2002.
In the late 1990s, Ken was recruited to lead a new hospital project in Fargo, North Dakota – it was an opportunity for impactful career growth while offering the opportunity to be closer to he and his wife, Kathi's, families.
While in Fargo, he coordinated, managed and led the entire Innovis Health hospital project – collaborating closely with those in management, design, construction, equipment planning, staffing and operations to ensure its success. Following the construction, Ken played a key role in the overall success of the hospital and its surrounding healthcare system. While he worked at BCBS (and its sister company Noridian Healthcare Solutions), he provided strategic leadership and direction to an array of departments including warehouse, print mail, procurement, facilities, construction, remodel, security, leasing, real estate, data centers and IT infrastructure.
