Outside work, Ms. Ogaye is actively involved with several civic-minded organizations, including Hope Restored Ministries and JC Power Ministries. Through her ministry, Ms. Ogaye feeds the homeless in Dallas, holds clothes drives to help cloth them when inclement weather occurs. At the beginning of the school year, she provides school supplies to the youth and underprivileged children, especially those from single-family homes. Ms. Ogaye and her board members have plans to start providing mentorship and training classes for those who need them, including those in orphanages and shelters. As the founder of TFPM, Ms. Ogaye is interested in expanding her ministry to broaden its support for underprivileged children both locally and internationally, particularly in Kenya.
Ms. Ogaye has received several awards due to her work ethic, and community involvement.
