Before her current role, Dr. Ganguly was a Senior Manager in Medical Affairs at Edwards Life Sciences, where she supported corporate strategy and execution, collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, and played a key role in congress support and management.
Dr. Ganguly also served as a Program Manager and Consultant in Medical Affairs at Syneos Health. Earlier in her career, she was a Marketing Strategy Associate at Rutgers Innovative Ventures, which is part of Rutgers University, a Pediatric Oncology Scientist at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, and a Visiting Research Fellow at Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University. She began her career as a Research Scientist at Brighter Ideas Inc.
Her academic achievements have been instrumental to her professional success. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers Business School and a PhD in Biochemistry with a focus on Oncology from North Dakota State University.
