Since 2022, she has held the position of director of training and development and quality assurance for mobility operations at WSP USA, an engineering consulting firm with expertise in the built environment. In this capacity, Mrs. Offei is responsible for overseeing initiatives for five projects within mobility operations. Her work involves standardizing processes and ensuring engagement among staff, clients and stakeholders, while also coaching leaders to ensure effective employee management and conducting investigations, interviews, surveys, and focus group discussions.
Adjacent to her work with WSP USA, Mrs. Offei is also the founder and chief executive officer of Offei Enterprises Training Consultants and Associates, a venture she established in 2012. In this capacity, she serves as a trainer and instructor, providing consulting, developing, coaching, and mentoring services to corporate leaders in the United States and abroad who subsequently invest in their employees.
Prior to her current roles, Mrs. Offei served as a training manager at VXI Global Solutions LLC and as a training supervisor and learning and development specialist at Conduent. Earlier in her career, she was customer financial services manager at Verizon Communications.
Mrs. Offei's expertise extends beyond her primary roles; she also has contributed as a coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership team. Her proficiency in resolving and improving working relationships between employees and their leaders, customer service, and leadership training has earned her recognition in her field.
Well credentialed, Mrs. Offei's academic background includes a master's degree in organizational management from Capella University and a bachelor's degree in food service management from Seton Hill University. Additionally, she holds a master's certificate in applied project management from Villanova University. Mrs. Offei attributes her success to transparency, willingness to be vulnerable, expertise in leadership and business, and her desire to invest in others.
Since 2011, Mrs. Offei has been a contributor to the Capella University Training and Development Group, and she is an active member of the Project Management Institute and the Black Speakers Network.
