His highly anticipated book, "Negotiating High Performance-Focused Partnerships: The 5 Stages of Effective Labor-Management Negotiations," via Cognella Academic Press, will be available in July 2024.
Possessing a rich educational background, Dr. Cooke holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Eastern Illinois University. He also garnered a master's degree and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
In addition to his academic accomplishments, Dr. Cooke has been a member of several industry-related organizations, including the Labor and Employment Relations Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
