She served as the Clinic Operations Manager for the cardiovascular service line at Dignity Health Medical Foundation from 2021 to 2022. Ms. Hutton was also Practice Manager for cardiovascular services at John Muir Health between 2019 and 2021, and a Practice Administrator at Diablo Nephrology Medical Group from 2013 to 2019. Her career in the field dates back to 2006 when she joined AdventHealth Central Florida as a Management Resident of Executive Administration. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Hutton has become an expert in ambulatory and hospital operations, showcasing her ability to enhance operational efficiency and patient care across various healthcare settings.
Ms. Hutton's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego in 2002 and a Master of Business Administration from Andrews University in 2006. Complementing her degrees are certifications that include a certificate of specialization in health care leadership from Harvard Online and credentials from the Management and Strategy Institute, including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional. Ms. Hutton is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive and recently elected a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a feat that involved rigorous study, commitment, and determination.

Civically invested, Ms. Hutton is affiliated with RRISE UP - Radical Reimagination of Inclusion Science and Education - where she has served as the Treasurer on the executive board since 2021. Founded by her twin sister, the organization is dedicated to providing essential resources for system-impacted youth, including those with incarcerated parents and first-generation college students. Ms. Hutton has also participated in the UC Davis Health System's Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism, and Equity taskforce and action planning committee. Ms. Hutton is a dedicated mentor for three women of color.
