Mr. Klein has been active in real estate investments and development in California, Colorado, Nevada, Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Mainland China. He has held positions as the developer and managing partner in Snowmass Village Resort, three Southern California golf courses, the Queen Mary, the Four Seasons Costa Rica, and the Chargers/Raiders NFL Los Angeles Stadium Project.
A career marked by a series of notable roles and unique achievements, Mr. Klein served as a Partner/Director of VisionMaker Worldwide from 2000 to 2008, a venture specializing in developing and consulting on theme parks and resorts, and overseeing developments in MENA, Asia and Central America. During this period, he also played a role as a Director of Beijing Construction Engineering Group USA, when they contributed to the development of 11 of 14 Olympic venues for the Beijing Olympics.
Mr. Klein has been involved in various other diverse ventures. Mr. Klein's Family began as a partner with Standard Oil and Chevron Land, ultimately selling their producing oil fields in 2013 (Black Oak Oil), to their partner, China National Petroleum Company. Mr. Klein has partnered with a Beijing private equity company in the manufacture of oil equipment in Mainland China with CCEED for PDVSA. The Klein Family Office invests in various Tech investments, including Pharma, Solar and Energy Storage projects. Mr. Klein owned KOH Radio in Reno Nevada, co-founded Golden Oak Bank, and led the Korean Consortium for the California High-Speed Rail Project.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Klein garnered a Bachelor of Science in history with a minor in finance from the University of Southern California in 1973.
Mr. Klein's professional affiliations include memberships in the Pacific Club and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Klein is actively involved in many civic activities, including his focus on drug rehabilitation with organizations such as Be Well OC, and enjoys golf, skiing and surfing.
