She was humbled to be named the Notable New Nurse by the Nebraska Nurses Association in 2017 and to be recognized as one of their 40 under 40. Ms. Henn attributes her success thus far to a strong will and tenacity, as despite facing academic challenges during her early education years, she persevered and found opportunities to showcase her capabilities.

Ms. Henn balances her demanding career with a fulfilling personal life. She is the proud mother of four children, and in her leisure time, she enjoys sewing and baking. Looking toward the future, Ms. Henn plans to pursue a master's degree with a potential focus on informatics or healthcare administration and to remain committed to advancing her career as a quality director and compliance manager.
