Previously, he served as the vice president of development and construction at Gordon Ramsay North America. He was responsible for site selection, design development, permitting, construction, and operator turnover. Mr. Mignone's expertise in these areas was instrumental in helping expand the brand.
Mr. Mignone also served as a project executive at Shawmut Design and Construction from 2019 to 2022. In this capacity, he managed all types of projects and ensured their timely completion. From 2015 to 2019, he was employed by Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, where he rose from a senior project manager to director of development and construction and senior director of development and construction, overseeing multiple high-profile projects.
Mr. Mignone's career began with several other hands-on roles that laid a strong foundation for his future success. He initially joined Shawmut Design and Construction in 2008 as a project superintendent. He also garnered extensive experience as a project manager from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, Mr. Mignone was a journeyman mechanical plumber with Sagamore, a water technician and heavy equipment operator for the water and sewer department in Foxborough, Massachusetts, and a carpenter for Lombardi Builders between 1998 and 2008.
Mr. Mignone's journey began with his high school education. His determination and hard work led to him earning a licensed contractor certification, further bolstering his professional credentials in his industry.
He attributes his success thus far to an unwavering work ethic instilled by his parents, which has been integral to his achievements.
