Mr. Haley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Greek and Latin languages Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University. Following this accomplishment, he received a Master of Arts in Greek and Latin languages from Harvard University in 1974 and a Master of Science in library and information science from Drexel University in 1979.
